With so many sights and experiences to enjoy, you’re sure to make memories that will last a lifetime when you visit San Francisco.
The first stop on anyone's list should be the astounding Golden Gate Bridge. Built to provide a vital transport link between San Francisco and Marin County, its construction began in 1933 and concluded in 1937. Today it carries around 112,000 vehicles a day and is considered one of the most beautiful bridges in the world.
If you’re seeking entertainment, PIER 39 is the place to be. Try and escape Magowan’s Infinite Mirror Maze, head out on a whale tour or sit back, take it all in, and enjoy wine tasting on one of California's most beautiful bays. With multiple dining experiences, dozens of shops and a heap of entertainment, it's no wonder PIER 39 has been named a legacy business by the City of San Francisco.
Climb on board the famous cable cars and travel around the city in style. Operating since the 1870s, these cars are a historic landmark and a considerable part of San Francisco's history. Today only three lines run through some of Golden City's most famous neighbourhoods, including Fishermans Wharf, Nob Hill and China Town.
San Francisco is home to some of the most beautiful and tranquil gardens, including Dolores Park, The Presidio, and, let's not forget, the Golden Gate Park. Why not enjoy a picnic in the park for a simple yet effective day out? Pack up some lunch, lay out a blanket and enjoy the sights, sounds and simplicity of a sandwich in the park.

With its buzzing atmosphere, delicious pastries and occasional live music, this delightful beanery has served coffee and cake to locals and tourists for over 50 years!
If you like a splash of booze in your coffee, make your way over to Buena Vista, known for serving the best irish coffee in town.
For a meat-filled dish, head to the House of Prime Rib and chow down on some of the juiciest meat in San Francisco. Paired with a heap of creamed spinach and Yorkshire puddings, it's the perfect combination.
