Where to stay & things to do in
Clearwater Florida Holidays 2023 & 2024

  • Approximately 3 miles long, Clearwater beach is a must-see when visiting this beautiful city. With its white sands and clear blue waters on the Gulf Coast, Clearwater sits just 30 minutes northeast of St. Petersburg and is one of the most luxurious locations to visit in Florida. With a selection of beach activities, seafood restaurants, cafes and craft vendors, it has remained one of Florida’s hot spots for both locals and tourists.

  • Clearwater Beach is compared to some of the most luxurious beaches in the United States, including Miami Beach and even Hawaii. Choose from one of the many daily themed boat trips and explore the crystal clear water, hire a jet-ski, paddleboard or kayak and take in the spectacular views or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This non-profit organisation rescues sick and injured marine animals and rehabilitates them so they can eventually be released back into their natural habitat.

    Events & Festivals

Not only do you witness a beautiful end to the day, but there is also a variety of entertainment running each night at Pier 60, where Sunsets are a daily event in Clearwater. The city hosts major annual events, including the Eggquatic Egg Hunt, a Father's day Barbecue and Light It Clearwater, as well as many regular events, including fortnightly Dive-In Movies at the Recreation Complex, summer craft fairs and community band concerts. With sand sculpting competitions and elite sporting event tournaments, you'll never be short of something to do in Clearwater.
