Customer Reviews
We had an amazing campsite. Group site number 3. Perfect with all of the trees. Made it easy to put travel hammocks basically wherever. The amount of picnic tables and such a large fire pit was nice. The campsite was clean when we arrived. All of the trees made it feel private. It is just a short walk to get to the restroom. Beautiful area to camp in, but the inconvenience of no shower houses or hot running water was why I rated this place 4 stars. Also, upgrading the gate and code entrance could make things much easier. Instead of getting in and out of the car each time you come and go, maybe an auto open gate once code is entered? Overall, our group enjoyed the area we had for a few days and nights.
Pets must be on a leash. Great hiking and occasional organized activities
The red trail was absolutely beautiful! It was pretty muddy because it rained last night but nothing too unmanageable.
It was such a sunny day, nice breeze. I decided to go write. The scenery gives you inspiration. The sound of nature gives you peace. A couple of picnic tables to relax on, or take a blanket and sit in front of the lake. Today was a bit damp. It give you a nice bit of a rush on your short journey to the lake. There are restrooms if needed.
Peaceful space surrounded by trees. There are open grassy areas, walking trails through the woods, and picnic tables under some trees.
