Customer Reviews
The new staff is great! Planning to move here within the next couple of weeks. I was debating it but after speaking with the manager several times, I’ve made my decision! When I was about to tour I over heard a resident being extremely rude over the phone because of issues with a past manager. People need to realize that life happens and people move on! Keep up the good work!!
They let you rent, but then yeah get mad because you don’t wanna pay your rent because they’re not holding their end up of the deal. I requested for refrigerator for 2 1/2 three months ago never got it. I’ve also had to deal with the leaking roof for 4 1/2 months of my lease, I was supposed to be Credited Rent payments or money or however, they were it for my roof leaking for 4 1/2 months. I have the previous renters information and they stated it was leaking then and that’s why they moved out and then they didn’t fix it and still run it out to me knowing it was leaking. I didn’t have blinds on in my windows. I had to go and buy them myself I was almost 7 months without A dishwasher so yeah maintenance sucks here this company sucks here so good luck
Alicity is very helpful, very friendly & informative. They have done alot to the trailers to fix them up & make them very nice. My daughter & I just signed the lease today to move into one. So far we are very happy with the trailer & the trailer park & the staff. There are still a few things that need attention in the trailer but I am very confident that everything with be done & perfect by our big move in day.
I spoke with the new office manager last week. Asked if we could have maintenance come out to take a look at our roof as we were told it needed replaced last year. Asked to have trim put back on the walls and door frame (as they are falling off just like the other trailers out here because I’m not the only one with this problem). I work nights and waited all day Monday (as I was informed they would be here early Monday morning). NO ONE SHOWED. The previous maintenance guy spray painted our ceilings where there were water leaks and it’s extremely noticeable. Now go back to the beginning of the month. My husband is at work under a vehicle and the new manager calls and threatens an eviction filing 4 days before it’s allowed to be filed (we paid that night as that was our plan with her boss above her). There’s no communication as the lady then hung up on my husband. I have to physically go to the office to speak with anyone. I would give this new office management 0 stars if I could. People are living here with holes cut in their driveway and their kids getting hurt trying to get in their home because of the gaping holes in their driveway way. Mud pits as drive ways. And people with no faucets attached BEFORE MOVING IN. They have no care about their tenants until it involves them losing money it seems like. I haven’t even lived out here for a year yet and they’ve been through 3 different office managers. There’s no good communication anymore like there was with Meghan. If we could have Meghan back at this office it would be great. I want to give it time but our time has been wasted as well and we feel like we aren’t cared about as tenants.
