Was renting a unit for $950 a month in 2024. Had a lot of ants that would randomly appear out of outlets, bathtub cracks, windows. Certain walls are soft due to water damage and water gets in in certain rooms. The roof makes lots of noise when it is windy outside and we discovered a massive hole under the carpet in the master bedroom . Also my $950 was taken due to bogus charges and they even tried to say I owed $2,000. Don’t rent from this Trash.

Ben is the worst. He don't fix things and always have a attitude. He is mean and left me and my kids with a crooked muddy walkway. Do not come here. Old cabinets creaks in the floor. Floors are thin. Ant farm under the trailer. Vinyl siding peeling off. Hot in one room. Freezing in the other. Just don't waste ur money here. He don't treat people like people. He treats them like dollars cause that's all he cares about.

My deposit was held back for bogus charges. I spent extra time cleaning to ensure a return but they still charged me for dust on my ceiling fan, a flower pot in the yard, a water spot in the carpet, and a drip pan on a stove that I brought into the residence! All over 700.00 of made up charges. Cons cons cons.... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I love the manager Ben. He has always been willing to help with any problems I have. The park is clean and well kept and it's close to a shopping center, many restaurants and the hospital's is within 10 minutes!

Modulars are well-maintained though, the staff could use some additional members to help improve response time. Rates are decent and most neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves. A nice place to stay.
