Las Vegas Holidays 2023 & 2024

Where to stay & things to do in
Las Vegas Holidays 2023 & 2024

  • Las Vegas is one of the most popular places in the United States. The city where the lights never go out, and the fun never stops. From the moment you step off the plane and into the desert heat, there’s an oasis of entertainment that will keep you entertained and busy for days. From its history as a stopover on the way to Los Angeles to its current status as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, Las Vegas has undergone significant transformations over the years. But one thing’s stayed constant. The city is still famous for its entertainment industry and nightlife scene.

  • In addition to being home to some of the world's most famous casinos, Las Vegas also has many museums and historical sites worth visiting. The Las Vegas Natural History Museum features dinosaur fossils from around the world and offers guided tours of their collection. The Mob Museum is dedicated to the history of organized crime in America and features exhibits on Al Capone and Bugsy Segal.

The Neon Museum is another must-see attraction for visitors looking for an educational experience about Sin City's past. This museum houses dozens of neon signs from old casinos that volunteers have restored over time.

Head to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens to marvel at their intricate botanical displays. Stop and see some fantastic shows, including the famous Cirque du Soleil.

If you need a little bit of retail therapy, be sure to visit the largest mall in Vegas, FSLV. Spread across 2 million square feet, you'll find over 250 retailers and more than 30 restaurants throughout the most prominent shopping destination on the Las Vegas Strip.

    Sightseeing In Las Vegas

It’s not all bright lights and bustling crowds when you visit Las Vegas. It is a desert, after all! There are some beautiful and picturesque sights to be seen surrounding the city of lights. If you head further out, you'll find the peaceful deserts that can be an oasis of quiet when you need it the most. Red Rock Canyon, Springs Preserve, and Mt. Charleston are all situated less than an hour away from the lively Las Vegas Boulevard.

  • Las Vegas is known for its abundance of food, drink, and entertainment. You can find just about any food you want on the Las Vegas Strip, from fine dining to casual fare. Many hotels have signature restaurants, so you can also enjoy a meal at one of the Las Vegas hotel buffets; whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there's something to satisfy every appetite in this iconic city.

If you're looking to throw back some cocktails while placing a bet or partying on the Strip, there are plenty of bars to choose from in Las Vegas. Most hotels have a bar or pub on site where you can grab a drink before heading out into town. If you're looking for something more lively, check out the bars and clubs near your hotel or Fremont Street.

  • Las Vegas has four distinct seasons. Summer, autumn, winter, and spring. Summer runs from June to September and can get up to 43°C. Autumn is milder, with temperatures around 21°C. Winter is cold and dry (with some snow), with temperatures dropping to around 10°C, with spring bringing back the heat in May and June.
