Las Vegas is one of the most popular places in the United States. The city where the lights never go out, and the fun never stops. From the moment you step off the plane and into the desert heat, there’s an oasis of entertainment that will keep you entertained and busy for days. From its history as a stopover on the way to Los Angeles to its current status as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, Las Vegas has undergone significant transformations over the years. But one thing’s stayed constant. The city is still famous for its entertainment industry and nightlife scene.
In addition to being home to some of the world's most famous casinos, Las Vegas also has many museums and historical sites worth visiting. The Las Vegas Natural History Museum features dinosaur fossils from around the world and offers guided tours of their collection. The Mob Museum is dedicated to the history of organized crime in America and features exhibits on Al Capone and Bugsy Segal.
The Neon Museum is another must-see attraction for visitors looking for an educational experience about Sin City's past. This museum houses dozens of neon signs from old casinos that volunteers have restored over time.
Head to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens to marvel at their intricate botanical displays. Stop and see some fantastic shows, including the famous Cirque du Soleil.
If you need a little bit of retail therapy, be sure to visit the largest mall in Vegas, FSLV. Spread across 2 million square feet, you'll find over 250 retailers and more than 30 restaurants throughout the most prominent shopping destination on the Las Vegas Strip.
