This place is a dump. Dilapidated, junk, unlivable travel trailers litter the property. Local drug users park here to get high. People dump furniture and stray dogs here. The grass is never mowed. It is poorly designed with rv lots only separated by 2 feet. The whole area is muddy- no water flow alleviation was designed into it. It's literally the worst designed and worst Run RV Park in East Texas. It's an eyesore and it brings down property values for the rest of us in the area. Shame on the owners for being so ignorant.

Sir or Madam, this is not a place that anyone in their right mind and sober would want to spend hard earned money to stay. Since it's "grand opening," there has been prevalent drug use, prostitution, and a mess of a dumping ground for old furniture and garbage. The latest dumping has been 3 dogs who chase cars and intimidate my farm animals!! You are responsible for your property! Clean it up!
