Cleanest park I've ever camped at. Bathrooms have a shower in each one. We locked our key in the truck, and the park ranger rescued us within the hour. Ticket prices and gift shops are very reasonable. On-site water park was really nice! Family friendly! Small town of Murfreesboro is cute and has fun shopping!
May 30, 2025 · Pamela McNallyThe camp sites were clean. The bathrooms were easily located, clean, with hot water! The neighbors were respectful and decent. The walking trails were easily accessible with a pleasant end at the Little Missouri River with a bench, they were also paved. Electric outlets at the bathrooms to charge your phone. The wifi is spotty, but a nice feature. The water pumps are on at the camp site, don't forget to pump it a few times and turn it all the way up for water. While here also visit the town square, and a quick trip to Greeson Lake for additional dirt hiking trails and fishing.
Apr 27, 2025 · Channelle ReinhardtThis place is so peaceful and a fun little trip for those that like collecting rocks. Since you are parked right in the state park you can just walk over to the crater and do some gem stone searching. Then walk back home after to a peaceful and tree covered area. We loved it and am looking forward to coming back.
May 15, 2025 · Will FelicianoA beautiful rv campground. Full hookups with tent pads at each level and paved rv site. Walk up tent sites also available. This is better than KOA equivalent campground at less than half the cost. The host are fantastic. Hiking trail to mine and another to little MO river.
May 30, 2025 · RI MAThe campground is great, but the Wi-Fi is very flaky. They have a nice gift shop over at the mining area, and looking for a diamond is kind of fun. Definitely a great place to stay.
