I've lived here for about 7 years and it's a wonderful place. Background checks keep unwanted people away. The management are great people. I currently live right next door to the landlord, hes a wonderful guy.

DO NOT STAY HERE! These people are liars. They deceive you the minute you arrive. It seemed nice to start out with, but turned into a nightmare quickly! They perform illegal background checks (it is law you have to sign consent or have in writing your permission to do a background check or credit check, and recieve a copy of said report, be given the opportunity to dispute what is on it, and be given your legal rights for said checks under the fair housing act, by any employer or landlord) and they are not allowed to share that information with outside sources without consent which they did with us and then try to evict you over violating a contract you never receive. You get complaints about breaking "rules" you never see, yet other people get by with the same things! They make verbal agreements and then say they know nothing about it. They have broke nearly every landlord tenant law and privacy act in place. Know your rights before you move into this place!!!! We found out the hard way, as have many others!!! The laundry machines are not regularly maintained, nor is the public bathroom or park area (outside of mowing the grass). Be prepared to hire a lawyer! Know your rights!! Know the law!!! Good luck to you!!

Tammy went crazy on me when I tried to pay rent in advance for Lot that I hadn't even moved onto yet. Btw, the next day I acquired full-time employment, u should really stick to your own affairs. Moving a house is very extensive, as a manager of trailer park u should know this. Sure hope that deposit refund shows up!
