Very comfortable campground that feels like you are parked in a family member's yard (with some road noise behind). Full hookups, a lake view and boat ramp included! Our spot had plenty of space to park our boat as well. Easy location to explore cute towns of Mineola and Sulphur Springs. The owners are very welcoming and kind.

It's a alright camp spot. Got there and the yard is being mowed. That's o.k. except the young man doing the mowing does not pick up anything before mowing over it. Fairly large chunk of styrofoam got mowed over, scattered bits everywhere. My wife picked it all up cause it's right beside our camper and we could see the owners thinking we left our spot trashy. Next day a even younger boy riding a 4 wheeler all through campground at a pretty fast pace. Practicing his "drifting " skills by our camper, NOT on other end of campground near his mom's house. I had to call them about that. Didn't want to be the bad guy, but hey, we paying good money to stay there. Before we left this morning to go home we had to pick fireworks paper off camper, boat, and tow vehicle.
