Promotions or Special Offers
Given that Angry Old Man RV Park is described as a "new rv park" and customer reviews highlight "great rates" and being "family owned," it is likely that their pricing strategy focuses on providing overall affordability rather than complex promotional schemes. Specific, publicly advertised promotions (like "stay X nights, get Y free" or seasonal discounts) are not detailed in the provided information.
However, it is common for new and family-owned RV parks, especially those emphasizing "great rates," to offer:
- Competitive Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rates: Their primary "promotion" might simply be their consistently lower pricing compared to more established parks with extensive amenities.
- Long-Term Stay Discounts: As there are indications of "permanent residents," it is highly probable that more attractive rates are offered for extended stays (e.g., monthly rates being significantly more economical than daily or weekly rates). This is a common incentive for temporary workers, snowbirds, or those needing a longer-term base.
- Seasonal Adjustments: While not confirmed, pricing might vary slightly based on peak or off-peak seasons, a standard practice in the industry.

Customer Reviews
We know this is a new rv park and it worked out pretty good for the 2 weeks we were in town. The gravel is not packed in on the side we were on & the ground slopes some so we had a heck of a time leveling our 44ft 5th wheel. There aren’t any amenities so you have to go about 20 minutes to a town. It seems there are some permanent residents & there was loud yelling & cussing one night & the cops were called. There’s also kids that like to run around the park at night screaming. Someone fired a gun in the park one night. It stays relatively quiet for the most part & the stars are beautiful. The saving grace was the area way in the back to walk our dogs. The owner was very nice the day we checked in & communication is very good. Honestly not sure if we’d stay here again. We wish them the best of luck.
Amazing place to stay. Great rates and friendly family owned by good Christian folks. Would recommend it to anyone
Quiet & clean … No amenities but we only need it for work purposes. Owners are nice & respond quickly when we need anything. We will use this place again if we are in the area.
Very friendly owners!! I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.
