Lakeside RV Park is conveniently situated at 1289 McCoy Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320, USA. This location in Reidsville, North Carolina, offers a strategic balance of easy accessibility and a peaceful setting. The park is located next to a highway, which provides convenient access for RVs of all sizes, allowing for smooth arrivals and departures. This proximity to major routes makes it an ideal stopover for those traveling through North Carolina or a convenient base for exploring the wider Triad area, including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point, which are all within a reasonable driving distance.

Despite its proximity to a highway, the park maintains a remarkably quiet atmosphere, a feature frequently praised by visitors. Its setting, with some spaces offering views of a nearby lake and others nestled into the woods, provides a natural feel that belies its easy access. Services Offered

Lakeside RV Park focuses on providing essential services that ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay for RVers. While it maintains a simple and quiet character, the services offered are exactly what guests need for a convenient visit.

  • Full Hookup Sites: The park offers a selection of RV sites with essential hookups, including electricity, water, and sewer connections. This provides all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay, whether for a night or a month.

  • Reasonably Priced Monthly Rates: A significant advantage of Lakeside RV Park, often highlighted by guests, is its very competitive monthly rates. This makes it an attractive option for long-term stays, seasonal residents, or those needing temporary housing in their RVs in the Reidsville area, offering better value compared to some larger parks nearby.

  • Owner Assistance: Guests consistently praise the helpfulness and attentiveness of the owners. They are known for assisting visitors with setup upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from the moment you pull in.

  • Peaceful Environment: One of the key "services," though intangible, is the commitment to maintaining a quiet and calm atmosphere. This is highly valued by guests seeking relaxation and a break from busy environments.

  • Lake Views (Seasonal): Depending on the site and the time of year, some spaces offer direct views of the nearby lake, particularly when leaves are off the trees. This adds a scenic element to your stay.

Features / Highlights

Lakeside RV Park, while small and simple, boasts several features and highlights that contribute to its appeal, especially for those seeking a tranquil and well-managed RV experience.

  • Small, Intimate Setting: Unlike large, sprawling RV resorts, Lakeside RV Park is described as very small, typically featuring 5 to 10 hookups. This intimate size fosters a more personal and quiet atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy a sense of privacy and peace.

  • Scenic Lake Views: A significant highlight is the opportunity to have a view of the lake from some of the sites. While foliage density can affect visibility, especially when leaves are on the trees, the potential for a peaceful water vista adds considerable charm to the park.

  • Quiet Ambiance: Despite being next to a highway, the park is consistently noted for being very quiet. This makes it an ideal choice for RVers who value serenity and wish to escape the noise and bustle often found at larger, more activity-driven parks.

  • Wooded and Lakeside Sites: The park offers a choice of settings for its hookup spaces. Some sites back up directly to a lake view, providing open scenery, while others are nestled into the woods, offering more shade and a secluded feel. This variety allows guests to choose the environment that best suits their preference.

  • Convenient Location for Area Exploration: While the park itself is simple, its location in Reidsville provides a convenient base for exploring local attractions, dining, and shopping. Nearby Lake Reidsville Park, for instance, offers extensive recreational opportunities like fishing, disc golf, and hiking, just a short drive away.

  • Excellent Value: The park's reasonably priced monthly rates stand out as a key highlight, making it a financially attractive option for both short-term visits and extended stays compared to other RV parks in the region.

Promotions or Special Offers

Lakeside RV Park primarily emphasizes its competitive and affordable pricing, particularly for longer stays, rather than traditional short-term promotional offers. Their core "special offer" is the value provided through their monthly rates.

  • Affordable Monthly Rates: The park is noted for offering monthly rates that are significantly more reasonable than those found at larger, more amenity-rich RV parks in the vicinity, such as a KOA located 15-20 minutes away. This makes it a highly cost-effective solution for those looking for an extended stay or a semi-permanent base in their RV.

  • Competitive Daily Rates: While monthly rates are a highlight, their daily rates are also structured to be highly competitive, offering good value for overnight or short-term visitors as well.

For specific pricing details and availability, it is always best to contact Lakeside RV Park directly. Their owners are known for being helpful and can provide the most current information on rates and any potential seasonal considerations.
