So I'm a current resident at Kingsway... I drive a federal/government vehicle.. I was parked in front of our mobile home while I was shoveling the driveway after a snow storm... The maintenance guy pulled up got out of his truck and slapped a tow sticker on the federal/government truck because I was blocking a driveway... Note He said I was blocking a driveway and that driveway was the one I was Shoveling.... We are harassed all the time by the Maintenance saying we need to mow our grass trim the weeds when it's has been mowed/trimmed every week during the spring summer and fall... We clean up the leaves every fall put in bags and set bags at the street .. no burning is allowed but we have neighbors who don't follow the rules and burn anyway and nothing is done about it... The management and Maintenance of Kingsway is an absolute joke they truly don't give a darn what the residents think all they care about is rent is paid on time... North shore gas did new gas services to multiple mobile homes and the gas main is under the street after they did the work they replaced the asphalt but now the streets are like driving off road ... Residence were told that we would be getting new streets and it's been 2 + years since that has happened. The maintenance guy feels like he's the Almighty but doesn't do anything but give notices or slaps tow stickers on your vehicle... Every week I see more and more garbage just blowing around... The tree line around the park is the parks responsibility but they say the residents need to trim the trees and keep it clean.... All utility are supposed to have clear access of a 4 foot radius in case of an emergency but they don't care... Also in Kingsway there is no noise ordinance so you will hear loud music all hours of the day no matter what time it is.... Residence are supposed to have dogs on leashes when outside and we have seen plenty of dogs just running free... Management doesn't care about the residents only that rent check.... When it snows no parking on the street when expected to get 2 inches of snow or more so that they can plow the streets well sad to say people still park on the streets even when it snows but also the streets don't get plowed until they feel like plowing and after they plow the streets are like a ice rink and they don't even put down salt to take care of it... Kingsway needs to make big changes in their management/ Maintenance and actually care more about the residents and take better care of thier part of the property... Take caution if planning on becoming a resident here... Also lot rent goes up every year but you never see it being put back into the park just into their pockets
Kingsway Estates is fantastic, as you drive through the properties are well-maintained. The park itself is beautiful. Management and Maintenance are very attentive making sure that everybody takes care of their property. As an owner, it is very important to me for the entire park to look nice,
I'm tired of the employees harassing the residents about every little thing. I only gave 1 star cuz I like the neighborhood.
Horrible place to live, someones always hammering or sawing something every other day or playing loud music and good luck trying to maintain any sort of front garden or trying to pull in or out of your own driveway the surrounding residents will park their spare vehicles in front of your trailer for days. It says your suppose to only have 2 vehicles on the lease but they dont inforce that so people park their spare vehicles wherever they feel like no matter how inconvenient it is..... but the minute your grass is to long you'll have a notice taped to your door. If you want to live like a inmate and pay for it this is the place otherwise I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PARK!
We love the community, we had left to California. But we came back, and love my new Rental. The office staff is always helpful and understanding.
