  • RV Site Hookups: Typically, RV parks offer sites with electrical hookups (various amperages like 30 and 50 amp), water connections, and sewer hookups for full-service convenience. These allow RVers to enjoy all the comforts of their rig.
  • Dump Station: Even for those not staying overnight, the park provides a dump station for waste disposal and a water fill-up facility, available for a fee (e.g., $20 mentioned in a review). This is a crucial service for travelers passing through the area.
  • Friendly Staff and Management: A consistent highlight from customer reviews is the presence of "nice friendly staff" and the exceptional helpfulness of Laneen (likely the owner/manager) and her team. This indicates strong customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Emergency Assistance/Support: Uniquely, reviews praise the staff for going above and beyond in emergency situations, such as offering assistance to stranded travelers (even those not staying at the park) by providing rides, temporary accommodation, and even offering a vehicle to drive when no tow trucks were available on the island. This demonstrates an extraordinary level of hospitality and support.
  • On-Site Amenities (Likely): While not explicitly detailed, most RV parks provide basic amenities like restrooms and showers. Given the mention of a "pool" in a review (used by children of stranded travelers), it suggests there are recreational facilities available to guests.
  • Access to Local Information: Friendly staff often provide local insights and recommendations for activities, dining, and attractions on Drummond Island, enhancing the visitor's experience.

These services, particularly the notable customer care, contribute to a positive and supportive environment for RVers on Drummond Island.

I can't say enough good things about Laneen and her staff. We unfortunately got our vehicle stuck on south maxton road. With limited options and no tow trucks on the island, Laneen picked us up and took us back to her resort. We weren't staying on the island so we were in a way stranded. She offered us a place to stay and let the kids swim in the pool while we attempted to locate a tow truck. Thankfully we located one a few hours later. She even offered us a vehicle to drive while we got our situation sorted out. They really are wonderful people and show a level of generosity that you just don't see anymore. We are so thankful to her and her family for helping us!

Can't say enough about the owners' friendliness and their desire to make our stay perfect. They even gave us a ride to/from the airport (we flew in via small plane), and let us use their car that evening and next morning. The cabin was super clean, and the shower had great hot water & pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for cooking (although we only stayed 1 night), and we were impressed with the guest wifi too. Thanks for a terrific visit.

Loved staying here! Cabin was clean, well stocked, and comfortable! Had everything we needed and everything we didn’t even think about such as pots/pans/lighters/trash bags/etc. The lady at the front was as sweet as can be and so helpful. They even told us we could use their pole barn if our Jeep’s needed any fixing. They were the type of people you want your money to go to. Just truly good people. 🥰 I will be recommending everyone I know to stay here when they visit. The location was perfect and there were many cool trails nearby. There’s plenty of wildlife that roam around and we’d often wake up with deer right outside our cabin. Will be sure to book again in the future.

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for 6 days. The stay was wonderful. Great fishing and a great place for cleaning your fish. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Was hoping to swim but the pool was drained the day before we got there. (Season ended weekend before 😣) The cottages were very clean and most necessities were available in the cabin. We will go again and hope to enjoy ourselves just as much! Would recommend to anyone!
