Given that it is a free, first-come, first-served campground managed by the Forest Service, there are no reservation systems, membership discounts, or seasonal promotions as one might find at a privately run facility.

Customer Reviews
4 spots, right in the Ohio River with a gorgeous view of Kentucky beyond. I really enjoyed watching the ferry and other boats on the river. Campsites have a fire ring, lantern pole, and picnic table. Clean pit toilet on the premises was a plus. I went there in mid November. I would suggest you bring tick repellent.
Free camping. Very few sites like maybe 4-5! Was empty when we were there. Pit toilets. Very clean! Has boat ramp and a overlook trail on tower rock.
Hard to give an honest review of Tower Rock State Park it's a place that if explored amazing things can be seen and found but people normally don't see these things here at Tower Rock because access to them is difficult unless you know the area
Beautiful clean area on the water. Secluded and spacious camping areas. No electrical hook up if that's what your looking for. Primitive camping area. Plenty of trails and sites to see around the area.
Gate's always locked every time I make the journey to come camp here... Boat ramp is dry as a bone, April 7, 2023. What seems to be the issue here??
