I always enjoy Whippoorwill! I've went there to swim many times & rented a cabin twice. This time we took our little camper we just recently bought. Their weren't too many campsite options to choose from as there are mostly seasonal campers. We found one in the middle of a "community" of seasonal campers. Each night they had large gatherings that lasted well after midnight. It was fine tho. The only things I disliked was the hill going in & out & the road throughout the campground was so bad! I wasn't sure if we were gonna make it through. Also we rented a golf cart. It used to be $22 for the first hour, now it's $40 for the first hour! Ridiculous price!! We wouldn't have rented if we were allowed to bring our 4 wheeler but those aren't allowed. All in all we had a good time though. It is a beautiful lake!
