Make sure you understand it’s a CONDOMINIUM REGIME …meaning there’s already a lien on the lots and can be foreclosed on without your knowledge then they evict … even if you paid cash they can still foreclose. ( They is BILL HINES ) you’ll pay 220 month for water and trash but will get fined 100 for washing your car l or water your yard … no maintenance get done

This trailer park is not worth driving through. Streets are busted up and too much clutter and disrepair! Not safe for children nor seniors
