The neighborhood is very quiet. The residents here keep to themselves but are friendly amongst one another nonetheless. The grounds are kept clean, and the manager, Larry, is always on top of things. He ensures his neighborhood is clean, quiet, and orderly. There are rarely any vacancies, it seems - those who live at the park seem to stay long term. Nice place to live. For those of you wanting to rent a spot, it's imperative you go see Larry at lot number 19. He's right across from the laundry building.

This is good place to reside. Quiet and relaxing. But right now we have a problem with a homeless man on a broken down truck in front of here. It is very noisy with him and a bunch of his vagrant pals always out front. They let their pitbull run wild., fight, argue, sneak around the property late at night ( probably looking to steal from the residence), it's been going on for 3 weeks. Called cops don't know if they came or not,. But usually it's quiet here. How do we get rid of the vagrants?? Trouble making very loud all hours of the day and night

I would love to be able to reside here but every time I stop by, I can't get a hold of anybody. I'm pregnant and have 4 weeks to find a place to park and would love some information
