Customer Reviews
The campground large and is surrounded by beautiful old trees. There are plenty of spots to choose from. It's neat and clean. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and supportive. As you may expect, there are showers. The campground is in a short distance from the lake and the state park. There is also a little restaurant in the state park.
Nice place but I have never seen so much poison ivy in my life. And the plants were HUGE. They lined every trail and most campsites. Needless to say, it got me pretty good. Not sure how I got it but I did. A sign at the campsites that read something like "DANGER POISON IVY" would be a good idea.
We love this park! The camping is great and site are divided by foliage. Bathrooms and shower house are very clean and well maintained. Very relaxing and always a great time. The lake is beautiful. You can rent boats, get live bait, and food at the lodge. Just a great place all around!
Not one of the more spectacular parks, but a nice sized, friendly place with a lake for fishing and boating. Good campground with clean facilities. There’s a small restaurant and general store by the lake with boat rentals. Group camping and picnic areas available. ADA accessible campsites, camping for tents or RVs. playgrounds , and trails.
Very nice place. Family friendly. Nice trails and peaceful. Small restaurant with boat rentals and bait
