Rent has gone up $500! This new Aldea complex has been a total nightmare since they took over, rents and requests just keep going up up up. They ignore our requests and demands. We as the community have been suffering from all of their “improvements”. For the past 6 to 8 months have all of their roads torn up for changes in pumbing. Leaving dirt roads to turn to mud and leaving us to deal with the conditions of the soft ground. I’m currently looking forward to leave this complex soon. I spoke with management about the mud and they gave me the cold shoulder.
May 02, 2023 · Saul VelasquezThe new management sucks. Nowhere to be seen. They raised the rent almost double, and added dumb fees to the rent. The management is also strict on the dumbest things. They don't even allow you to have a bicycle outside. Also, they destroyed the management office to build a gym there. They built it a few months ago, but we still don't have access. The new construction is horrendous. There is dust everywhere, and they have killed all the grass. They say they are in the final stages of construction, yet they haven't fixed the road. The gravel road is filled with potholes and is just pure dirt. It floods everytime it rains because they blocked all of the natural drainage with the new curbs they installed. How come they install new curbs, but not a new road? The water also goes out constantly. We never had this problem until they came here. They kicked out everyone in RVs to make tiny homes, which are basically trendy mobile houses. The tiny homes rent is more expensive than renting a mobile home before the new management. Don't rent or buy here. The management has basically turned into an HOA. .
Sep 16, 2023 · Daniel CHi. Well the old management is now gone. And the new owners have raised the rent on us by 75% they do not care about any of us. Its pay or go. No management or maintenance on sight at all anymore.. So literally what was good now sucks . So don't try to move here. Also there's not one permit to build by the city posted anywhere on this property. So all that they are doing could be completely illegal. Shady..
May 25, 2023 · Slayer RulesNow I know where not to move after everything I saw everyone write something really bad about this place I was looking for a new place close to my parents but not here especially if the rent is sky high
Jun 09, 2024 · Kristy velizI’ve seen this place go for the better in the last 6-9months the owners weren’t aware of the negligence their property was under. They immediately fixed a huge hole on the road was there for years, and cleaning this place up. I can proudly say I live here. The new lady speaks spanish and really nice. I have lived here for 9+ years with my husband and kids and old managers are gone they got let go. They would lie and never fix anything and the short bald maintenance man threatened my son because of dog he would speak horrible to old people. When we ask for help they would yell at us. They are let go now. Its quiet and nice area for kids next to castleberry.
