Customer Reviews
Manager is really helpful. Maintenance man keeps the park clean. The dog park is a definite plus as well as the tributary of the trinity river.
Really enjoyed our stay for 3 months. The location is great, no traffic/construction on that side of FW. Eileen is very nice and easy to communicate with. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful. He's always out on property cleaning and making sure everything goes right. Had no issues. Hope to come back to stay again sometime.
This is by far the WORST RV park I have stayed in since I went full time 6 years ago. This place is filled with contract workers in old RV’s with lots of children running around unsupervised. I was told when I got there that there are a lot of kids running around, but they would be leaving soon. I paid for a month, even after reading the reviews as I couldn’t find any other place open. I’m a CAT adjuster trainer and was sent to FTW for the freeze event. They crammed me between two other rigs, putting 3 rigs in 2 spaces. When they charged my card, it was for more than what I was told, I called and they said they charge 3% if using a credit card. They charged me 4%. The kids, holy cow!!! I have NEVER seen so many kids, 4 years old up to 8 or 9 years old running around. I did not sleep for three nights because of the kids. They are out at all hours of the night, 2am, throwing rocks at vehicles and RV’s. I’m NOT lying. The place is unkept, the ditch behind my rig had a lot of trash in it, including full trash bags just tossed in the ditch. I moved after night three, asking for a refund of three weeks, willing to lose the extra money, there are NO refunds. I noticed on Google reviews, the bad comments keep getting deleted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
It seems peaceful, there are plenty of lots available and staff there is very friendly
This campground is very good for quick stops, not long term. The place does not feel very safe- Anybody can go in anytime it has no kind of security. It is very crowded, but I believe is because they try to fit in anybody that shows up looking for a spot plus all the people living there. The little time I did spend there was quiet. Didn't deal with management can't say anything about that. Parking is on unleveled asphalt. Not much scenery or greenery-if you are looking for that. Overall the price for a night was worth it.
