However, this is an inference and should be verified directly.
  • Shower House: The park features a shower house, providing facilities for personal hygiene. One review noted "Great acoustics in the bathrooms," though also highlighted potential cleanliness concerns, suggesting that while the facility exists, its maintenance may vary. It's important for guests to manage expectations regarding cleanliness.

  • Nice Park with Play Equipment: A significant highlight for families is the presence of a "nice park with play equipment." This provides a dedicated space for children to play and burn off energy, making it a more family-friendly destination.
  • Pond: The park features a pond, which adds to the scenic appeal and offers opportunities for quiet contemplation, possibly even catch-and-release fishing (though this should be verified with park management).
  • Good Connectivity: The combination of readily available Wi-Fi and good cell service is a major convenience, especially for those who need to stay connected for work or personal reasons while on the road.

  • Ducks: One unique and charming highlight mentioned by a reviewer is the presence of "fabulous" ducks, adding a touch of natural charm and amusement to the park's ambiance.
  • Community Feel (Inferred): Smaller parks often cultivate a more community-oriented feel, where campers may interact more readily than in larger, more anonymous resorts.
Promotions or Special Offers

However, its pricing structure itself serves as a significant ongoing "special offer" for budget-conscious RVers.

A key highlight, as noted by a reviewer, is the highly affordable nightly rate of approximately $27. For a full hookup RV site that includes water, electric, sewer, and Wi-Fi, this represents exceptional value in the current RV park market. This competitive pricing is a significant draw for:

  • Short-term visitors looking for a comfortable overnight or weekend stay without breaking the bank.
  • Potentially, long-term guests (though specific weekly or monthly rates are not provided, it's common for parks offering affordable nightly rates to also have competitive extended-stay options).

Lil Piney Park is a testament to the idea that sometimes the best RV parks are the ones that provide essential comforts at a great price, allowing us to simply enjoy the journey and the beauty of our home state. This place was beautiful. Nice and peaceful. The park was clean and green... I was in a camper for a week during my stay. Everyday I woke up to the beautiful green trees and grass. I enjoyed looking out the window because it made me happy. 😊 I wish I could of stayed there a bit longer. Unfortunately, I have no pictures and was barely on my phone as I adapted to my new environment.

This was a fairly quiet place to stay. I mostly enjoyed it. However the dumpster is always getting overfilled, which I would say is the fault of the people staying there. And it is quite difficult to contact the rv park.
