Living at Pepper Point Mobile Park has been a very nice experience. I have called it home for over 6 years. The Park is a safe and quiet community and is within minutes to all areas of the City. The Park has Rules and Regulations in place to follow which are enforced only making it a much nicer place to live. The Management staff is professional, helpful, friendly and courteous and work hard to keep the Park safe, clean and in good condition. When a situation does arise, Management is quick to resolve the matter in a timely, efficient manner. My neighbors are the best and we all help, assist, and watch out for one another as it should be. Your office lady is one of the worst a rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She's rude to kids verbally abusive harrases visitors. Obviously corporate doesn't care I see reviews from 3 years back about this woman and you just let her run free to terrorize people. How are people how are people supposed to enjoy their purchased homes when the woman running the park is the number one issue

Have lived here for over 3 years and love it. Centrally located, close to I-20 and I-220. We don't get much thru traffic, quiet neighborhood, nice and friendly neighbors. Slowly but surely the roads are being fixed, which is good. Emma only reaches out when necessary.

I am an elderly widowed woman that loves and enjoys living at Pepper Point Mobile Home Park. I have wonderful neighbors that will always help me when I need them. However, I do believe the lot rent is a little too high, especially for the elderly when their social security check is their only income. I am giving a 5-Star review and understand I will receive $25 off of my rent for one month by doing so. Nancy Taylor
