Customer Reviews
The WORSE place to ever be. The neighbors are rude the rent is ridiculous and the trailers should just be condemned or just torn down. If you have any kind of sensory issues living here will make it worse & reporting disruptive neighbors with loud music is pointless.
the worst trailer park in lousiana the people are so noisy, they are so busy worrying about what everyone else is doing instead of minding there own business , the manager thinks she has a gated community and all she has is a ghetto trailer park with run down trailers that are subject to burn down from poor wiring if you have to live here may god be with you.
Its a ok place, my sister and cousin lives here, it's nothing fancy but it's cheap and a place to live.
The WORST place to ever live. Rent is high on trailers that need to be condemned.
It's a nice quiet place.
