Eagle Ridge Manufactured Home Community

I moved in 3 yrs ago and the lot rent has gone up so it’s ridiculous there’s not enough amenities for it to be so high! It’s gone up 285.00 just since I’ve moved in. And now I want a house and can’t sell my mobile home because nobody wants to pay that high of lot rent. The people who own it don’t even live in Iowa

I called down to ask some questions and while Eagle Ridge won’t work out for us due to our animals, Penny was the sweetest gal ever!

Very safe community and yes we are held accountable for keeping our properties clean. Roads are cleared well thanks to no on street parking. Everyone my daughter and I have met have been pleasant. I would recommend living here.

This is a very nice mobile park . I like that their rules are strict. It keeps it a better, cleaner place. You don't have to worry bout break ins, or bad neighbors renting next door cus they don't even allow that ! Maybe other parks should follow their criteria.

Excellent place to live my family and I have been here for 3yrs. Great job to everyone who worked with us in finding the perfect home with the space we needed. Nicely landscaped properties and well maintained by the owners. Our neighbors are great at helping out each other and super friendly. I would definitely recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone looking for a perfect place call home. Nicely done. Anita Grell
