Lived here for 17 years 3 kids 2 dogs and we look forward every year at holiday season lot rent goes up! Started 200ish and now 450ish a month and has been going up. We love the rules here with our kids like No basketball hoops violation No swings Violation No above ground swimming pool. Violation No privacy fence or temporary fence or permanent fence allowed. Violation No fireplaces allowed or fire pits. Violation No barbecue smokers Violation No four wheeler violation No dirt bikes. violation No trash pick up No trampolines violation No car trailers violation No more than two cars per driveway. violation No dogs on a runner Violation No dogs tied the porch violation No Pitbull violation Cats can Rome free Throughout the neighborhood Great place to live with kids!! Just waiting for our new barbwire fence to be installed threw out the trailer park 😬 hopefully visitation time will be extended throughout the holidays.
My husband and I have lived here since 2002. Our son grew up here. We've seen the park go through a lot of changes. One thing I know for sure is this is a decent park. This is a very nice place to live. People make a home and community. Dave and Achie are wonderful property managers. They do what they can with the support they've been given by other owners. People who've been writing negative reviews are angry because they are non paying, rule breakers or just causing trouble, i.e. drugs, load music thumping until 6-7 AM, speeding through the community, breaking into cars, homes, stealing money, not mowing yards, not keeping area clean among other issue. That is the way it should be everywhere. People don't get kicked out for not being liked. That's silly. Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work Dave and Achie.

Property manager does alot of illegal covering up, and her two kids live in this park. So when they do stuff she covers it up too. Not worth living here. Had a aunt that use too, it's not the greatest.
