Needs some improvement but a tremendous effort has been made to clean up, and make the overall site better. There are new owners open land now and they seem to be nice folks.

I live on the paved part, so it's fine, but I feel bad for those who live on the gravel street. Their cars probably break down a couple times from the hills and valleys on those roads.
