Customer Reviews
I read the reviews decided to go to look at the places they have for rent the lady seems to be nice during the tour and told us she needed our emails and names we will get application sent to each email well it never happen been sending texts messages and calling no respond If a place already knows they don't want to rent to you than they should be honest about it and not take any info would've been the right thing to do I believe the post stay away from this company
If I could give “0” stars I would!!! I recommend NOBODY move here!! They are inconsiderate and only care about their money and business!!! They drag their feet when it comes to fixing issues here but you better not ever speak up on it because their going to try their best to get you out!! Ever since I spoke up on this mold situation they’ve been hateful and trying to get me out!! I hit a rough patch and got laid off my job, got behind basically 2 months now, they tried to take me to court, went in the court room lying and the eviction ended up getting dismissed now I have started back working and I told them I was going to pay my rent up current on the 4th when I got paid, one of the landlords told me “okay that’s fine” then just the other day I come home with a note on my door saying I have 7 days to vacate because their choosing not to continue doing business with me!! Meanwhile y'all took months to move me and my 3 year old son out of a molded house!!! Y’all drag y’alls feet when people have anything that needs to be fixed in their homes!! I’m allergic to mold and have documents to prove it and my son has severe allergies and y'all did not care, y’all even made me clean the mold up myself and said y’all don’t clean mold(it still came back even after I cleaned it, have proof of that as well!) and then y’all tried to tell me it was dirt even after I got it tested and it came back as mold!! I have proof of all of this!! Y'all still did not care, y’all were more worried about your image and why I made a Facebook post about the situation. Nobody asked were we okay, nobody cared that I had to replace all my sons clothes!! Y’all took y’all’s time getting us out of this situation(MONTHS) but when it comes to y’all’s money now it’s I have to be out in 7 days. After y’all just told me it was okay for me to pay it up on the 4th. Y’all are wrong but God has the last say! I’m not the first person they have done like this, my neighbors who lived across from me recently moved out because they had bugs eating through their walls got so bad that one of them broke out real bad and had to go to the hospital, my other neighbor who lives across from me complains about piles of ants coming in her home, so many people have had air conditioning issues here! If it wasn’t so hard to find somewhere else to live I would have been stopped dealing with them!! Even one of the landlords who used to work here(she quit) she told me how they are, money hungry and don’t care about nothing else but that! Their own maintenance said the same thing but of course he’s trying to keep his job so won’t admit it but I have so many recordings and videos to prove everything I say is true! It’s just sad how they do people! I hate to even have to come on here and say all this but I hope nobody else has to go through what I have been through here! Seems like they would have been more understanding of my situation in particular based off everything I’ve been through over here! But instead their treating me like it’s my fault we had mold, like it’s my fault they took their time getting us out the situation, like it’s my fault for speaking up. But my son and my health WAS AND IS more important than y’all’s image!!! AND y'all will reap what you sow!
Please understand that they plan to keep your deposit even if you don’t move in. This is NOT discussed however they still expect you to know this. There wasn’t a contract signed that stated this. Management is VERY rude, unprofessional and disrespectful upon requesting funds to be refunded. Save your money and don’t move here!
I agree with the other tenant my lot rent went up to they been stopped gutting grass like 2 months ago and my sweet neighbor has cut mine twice and thats not her job but i was greatful it looked terrible. I was once proud of this neighborhood and now i have no idea of what is going on or where tenants lot rent is going cause it sure aint toward lawn maintenance or trash.
Lot rent went up only for them to mow less. Starting to look trashy. Dumpsters pile up quickly only able to dump trash once a week. Management is extremely RUDE, not professional at all.
