Halloween trunk or treat was great for the kids plenty of pizza and drinks for everyone, lots of candy and the hot chocolate hit just right! Christina and the volunteers were friendly and made sure all the kids got to play in the bounce house safely. All together a great safe event for the kids
Not a bad place to live. A little cramped but I guess that's to be expected. For the most part, people keep to themselves. Great location close to some of the best schools for your kids if you have them. Our manager Christina Dowell is a godsend. She does everything she can to make this a pleasant place to live. Her efforts are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. I enjoy living here.
Friendly mobile home community. The main drive way is now paved. They have been bringing in and setting up new mobile homes since the previous owners sold out to this new company. Not just your regular run down mobile home park. They do allow dogs which is a great plus, although the prices are a little steep, the community is worth it. It is a quiet place that is a hop, skip and jump from Family Dollar. It appears to be rather safe, as I have lived here close to 4 years.
A nice little place, I have a family member that lives there. I would love to see a little guest parking lot and another turn around on down the gravel road past the mail boxes.
