Customer Reviews
This is the most overpriced dump you could ever think about living. They change managers about as often as most people change their underwear. It is fairly quiet and crime free, but beware of all the dead and deceased trees that will be falling or dropping huge limbs on your house and cars. Oh, and by the way, according to their contract, the trees are your responsibility. That's why there are plenty of open lots and more coming open all the time.
Water gets shuts off multiple times a month without any warning usually. I’ve gotten fine for having kids toys outside. To get in touch with anyone is a joke. They do not communicate well. Bills are constantly higher than what they are supposed to be and when you question about it they say you have a water leak but yet the meter doesn’t show that.
They are nasty they don’t fix anything I have mold all through my house they don’t wanna fix anything I have a 8 month old baby.. they just don’t care
Management turnover is insane, the ownership is the same way - and always out of state. They have ni regard for the happiness of their residents. They leave burned down houses laying in rubble for months. Raise water costs while also cutting off the water supply constantly day and night for 'repairs', and instead of fixing the issue they transfer the cost to us that live there.
I have lived here once before and it was pretty rough but now it is great! Office staff is VERY attentive to our needs and request and very polite. Lisa is the manager and will go above and beyond to help. She has made the whole park feel like one family. Xavier is also very nice and helpful and always has a smile as well. Thank you guys for all the hard work
