Loved it so much I moved here! It's 55 and over and so quiet here.....
Nice residents, but roads needs repairs, and water seeping out on some lots. This means great chance of homes becoming unlevel and mold growing! Owner needs to do lots of repairs.
This is a quiet, friendly mobile home park. Located near shopping and convenient to most everything. On-site trash pick up twice weekly. There are RV hook-ups for on-site living. Limited to senior adults.
Quite, clean, manicured lots, safe and secure, centrally located to a variety of businesses, and we all look out for each other. The owner is wonderful, kind, and takes pride in the park.
I live here and other than the noise from 110, it's pretty quiet. The only draw back is our pets don't have a safe gated area to run free.
