The park managers prey on certain residents of non white race and residents with disabilities on parking on the street meanwhile his neighbors across the street can park on the street with no action taken. He sneaks on the properties and places letters on vehicles. Whenever you try to speak to him or his wife they blatantly ignore you. They seem unapproachable and lack communication skills to deal with the large community and to manage it. In my opinion if you hold that position you should have effective communication skills and be fair. They will pick and choose who they enforce the rules on. this practice is biased and not equal to everyone in the community. I feel they could do a better job or just step out of their position if they arent willing to communicate. They parade around in their nissan pickup truck like God. If this is the way they conduct businesses. I hate to say but residents will roll out of the community. In all fairness a less bitter bored person with great people skills and a fair should hold said position. They lack intelligence when it comes to the adults with disabilities act and are racist in my opinion. My hispanic and blended families with african american neighbors have been impacted by their action and will take measures to file a lawsuit. They will place a towing notice on their vehichles meanwhile theres about twenty other cars parked the same way with out that nice lil letter on their windshields do they know or have they been made aware it is ilegal to touch someones private property and leaving notes on cars where anyone can remove them and the party its intended for has no clue? For as much as they charge here they make communities like Waterford look like the Haptons of mobile home communities less rent nicer management and they have people skills unlike here.
Jun 08, 2025 路 Betsy CampbellWhat's the deal with the outrageous lot rent...why is "gas" added in with lot rent...I think you're ripping people off...everyone's gas usage is different...you're charging high rates regardless of what people use?...You need to be investigated...gonna look into to that...No stars...
Feb 22, 2025 路 Susan brownGreat mobile home community with wide streets and landscaping to make it habe a neighborhood feel, not a mobile park feel. Homes are set up in lots with ample space between them, not overcrowded and butted up together. No noise, managed by Reybold and homes kept in good repair. Conveniently located to schools, shopping, doctors and places of worship. Excellent!
