You are sandwiched in-between a dog resort (dogs barking all night and day) and a bar with loud karaoke through out the week. Rent too much for the environment you're subjected to live in. Wouldn't recommend. Lots of other places in the same area to rent a lot from, for about the same prices. It does have a dog park and long or short term renting. That was nice. The owner tries but you can't change the fact that the noise is all night long from the traffic, dogs and the bar next door. Made it impossible to enjoy my short stay there. Seems from the recent reviews it's been cleaned up from all the drug activity. Who knows?! Moving day I found a uncapped dirty used syringe on my lot when I was getting my RV ready to be moved. Glad I left!
