We used to enjoy coming here, but this year the price increased yet again. $50 for just me and my 7 year old to go (Because 5 and up are considered adults ) and every time we went it was SO crowded you couldn’t even swim. When we tried getting in the pool my daughter and i were both kicked in the face by some kid attempting to dive lol that crowded ! the water was cloudy and all i could think about was all the pee that was prob in the pool . So we ended up leaving after an hour both times.

We will never come back. Memorial weekend and they were not prepared. The women up front were on power trips and super unfriendly. The grass was long and not cut. The honey pot service simply woke up late or forgot to go to work and was nowhere in sight until a bunch of campers called and complained. The big attraction on the water wasn't even opened up everyday. We actually made friends with plenty of neighboring campsite all standing around waiting and complaining about the whole weekend. Worst camping experience in Oklahoma for us.

We called ahead and clearly explained we needed a full hookup site to test out our motorhome before a major trip. We were also told they had a playground and asked to be placed as close to it as possible. We confirmed that checkout was at 11 AM on Sunday and were told if we needed a late checkout, it would be an additional $20. When we arrived, we were one of the only guests there, yet they still insisted on charging a late checkout fee. Even worse — the site they gave us had only 30 amp electric hookup — no water, no sewage hookup — despite what we were promised over the phone. The “playground” was a complete joke: no swings, no slides — just a small metal structure with a few steps. Nothing like what is pictured or advertised. When we asked for a refund as soon as we woke up Saturday morning because the site was not what we were promised, the older woman at the front desk laughed and said, “It’s raining, the kids can’t play anyway,” and refused to refund us. She offered a “credit toward a future stay,”.. There are only THREE sites in the entire park with full hookups, and they are right at the front gate next to the train tracks. As a military family (my husband is a disabled combat vet), it’s also worth noting they did not offer any military discount. Between the poor service, false advertising, and complete lack of accommodations, this place is wildly overpriced and absolutely not worth the three-hour drive we made to get there. We knew the other amenities were closed still because we can earlier in the season and we were fine with that. We just needed a 3 hour drive to test our equipment.. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this place. 0/10 recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. We left and stayed down the road by Pier 51 instead — a much better experience.

I would never come back as a family of four! The pool/lake toy doesn’t open until 11am and then was not ready for kids to get on it until 1:30 time they got it all hooked up, closed at 6pm or earlier! The second day the lake toy was not running at all! The RV supply store was never open! The pool store did not have the food/snacks at all was told they were out and the truck hasn’t came. Charge for people to visit you, they charge full price even though everything was not open all weekend! I have camped in this area long before Jellystone took it over and campsites/lake shore was taken care of much better before they took it over! Over priced for what is there/even open! This is how my family experienced their first trip to Jellystone at Keystone lake!

We stayed in a rented RV here Mon-Friday. We have decided it will now have to be a yearly tradition we loved it so much. My son is 11 and enjoyed all the park has to offer. The basketball court across from our campsite was an added perk. We all played on the inflatable obstacle course and had so many laughs and so much fun watching each other fall off. We did learn water shoes with some grip on the bottom are a game changer for the adults who get tired of slipping off. The slides were fun and the pool area was nice. The owners and staff are very kind. We locked ourselves out of the RV and the staff or owner, not sure which, came to see if he had a spare key to help us out. When that didn't work he told us about a place in town to try and they came out with a spare key and got us unlocked. The lake is beautiful and not at all busy during the week. We had a whole island to ourselves and plenty of room to pull kids tubing without any other boats coming around us. Definitely recommend!
