Customer Reviews
Oh my ! Best campground ever!!! I have been going here for 10 years and it is down to earth good people who own and run this campground!!! They will always give their all to please their customers. If you need something or something has ran out just ask and they will deliver… if you get a lot of wood they will deliver it to your site, they even offered to deliver two bags of ice. Kayaking is, amazing going through there! It is easy access you can drop right there on their property in the creek and come out at the end 4 miles down. You can even go up the river and drop in and get out at the campground. It’s amazing and very fun. You can rent kayaks or bring your own just get it tagged. Kudos for a job Well done to Don and his wife!!!!! Oh and the amazing staff. Count on me and my family for many years to come!!!
Was great! New owner was very cool. This was his first Memorial Day weekend and was still getting a few things set up as far as the little petting zoo, which was cute and you can feed the animals! They still sell wood and ice along with donuts and coffee in the mornings. Definitely recommend a visit and we will definitely be back.
Great location for adults. There is no playground equipment, so not very many children are running around. Easy access to Pigeon River for kayak and canoe trips. Great place to sit around a fire and visit with friends. Will be back again.
Amazing experience. The plots are separated by trees, the ground were well kept and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will be staying here whenever I take a trip up.
The owner was extremely rude. I was visiting and was turned around and didn’t realize you have to drive on the grass to get to certain spots and he raised his voice when I was just trying to drive around again. (Was driving slow and respectful) Got super shitty and I was being nice. Will never go back..
