Country Squire Mobile Home & RV provides an alternative housing solution that can be particularly appealing for those seeking affordability and a sense of community. In the current housing landscape, manufactured home and RV parks offer a valuable option for individuals and families to establish a home without the significant financial burdens often associated with traditional housing. The park's emphasis on a quiet and safe atmosphere, along with a resident-focused approach, highlights its commitment to creating a comfortable living space for those in Springfield, MO.
The feedback from residents offers insights into the community's atmosphere. One resident enthusiastically states, "This place is amazing and so is the staff! Lexy has done everything to help my move easier and more efficient. She answered all of my questions with grace and knowledge. I really appreciate her and Country Squire… my new home." This initial review speaks to the positive experience with staff and the welcoming feeling for new residents. Another resident describes the neighborhood as "Quiet and safe...Neighbors look out for each other which is great. Really peaceful." They also mention the pleasant view of "cows in the pasture beyond the fence" and occasional deer sightings, contributing to a calm, semi-rural feel within the city. However, an update from this same resident expresses significant disappointment with a new company that took over, citing issues with accessibility, particularly a refusal to build a ramp after a severe injury, which they believe is "against the American's with Disabilities Act." This highlights a critical concern regarding compliance and resident support under new management.
Country Squire Mobile Home & RV is located at 3600 W Farm Rd 112, Springfield, MO 65803, USA. This address places the park in the western part of Springfield, Missouri, a bustling city and a central hub for Southwest Missouri. Its location on a "Farm Road" might suggest a slightly more rural or less densely populated feel compared to central urban areas, which aligns with the description of "cows in the pasture" and deer sightings, offering a touch of country charm within the city limits.
Springfield, as the third-largest city in Missouri, offers a wide array of amenities, including diverse employment opportunities, educational institutions (like Missouri State University), comprehensive healthcare facilities, and a vibrant selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Country Squire Mobile Home & RV offers a mixed picture for locals in Missouri, particularly those considering a move to the Springfield area. On one hand, its initial appeal lies in providing a quiet and safe neighborhood with a friendly atmosphere, where neighbors reportedly "look out for each other." This community spirit, combined with glimpses of nature like pastures and deer, can be very attractive for those seeking a peaceful residential setting within city limits. The location on W Farm Rd 112 provides a convenient balance of semi-rural tranquility with easy access to Springfield's extensive amenities, making it potentially suitable for those working or studying in the city but preferring a calmer home environment. However, prospective residents, especially those with accessibility needs, must approach with caution due to serious concerns raised in recent reviews regarding management's responsiveness, particularly concerning ADA compliance and general resident support. While it offers affordable living and a sense of community, it is crucial for Missourians to conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with current management and potentially visiting the park, to ensure it aligns with their expectations for living standards and resident care. The suitability for locals will heavily depend on how these critical issues have been addressed and the current state of park management and facilities.

Jun 06, 2024 · Kimberly RicheyQuiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors look out for each other which is great. Really peaceful and even have some cows in the pasture beyond the fence to look at. 😀 And occasionally see some deer crossing the road early in the morning or late at night, so you kind of have to be careful of those. But, since they tore down almost all the forest around the trailer park to put in more trailers, what do you expect? You took away their natural habitat. UPDATE: Really disappointed with the new company that took over to be honest. I had a major fall from a seizure in the kitchen last summer and dislocated and broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have 3 major surgeries to fix it. And they refused to build a ramp to help me get into the trailer...which is against the American's with Disabilities Act mind you, it IS your landlords responsibility to provide you with a ramp or a home that is already handicap accessible. ♿️ Period. And considering this wasn't going to be a temporary arrangement, for one I already use, (and used back then), a wheelchair on my bad days (before I will eventually become stuck in one before eventually being bed bound, because of my brain disease), and I was also at that time stuck in the chair almost 24/7 for over y months. Because I wasn't allowed to be wait bearing while in the hospital or the skilled nursing facility, or for months after I got home. But, once I got home I had 4 or 5 steps of the porch plus the larger porch to contend with between a walker and my wheelchair, not to mention the gravel driveway...yeah and I can't count how many times my family and I saw one worker or another in one of the company cars/trucks drive by watching as they saw us struggling with 2 to 3 people trying to help get me up and down those stairs (I'm not a skinny mini. I got cushion and curves and my brain just couldn't wrap itself around how to go up of down stairs on my left leg. I'm right leg dominant and of course mind you my legs have both atrophied quite a lot, the left a bit more than the right but they were both quite bad. But when you're stuck in hospital beds for like 2 months and only 2 weeks at a skilled nursing for physical therapy and occupational therapy and speech therapy (helped with my brain disease, perk of the skilled nursing center since they offered it there I asked if I could do it, since I qualified I was allowed to, wish i could keep doing it at home on a regular basis, it really helped me). Anyway, because struggling to deadline and pull myself up the stairs was getting to be too hard to do after a while unfortunately I ended up having to use my bad foot to balance myself as I hopped on the other foot downwards but even though I tried to use as least as much pressure as I could it's just really hard to do as you're hopping down stairs and over time I ended up getting osteomyelitis (infection in the bone) because of it, and the drs not taking me seriously about when I told them I thought it was infected to begin with 3 weeks before, I ended up almost losing my leg, thankfully didn't, but had go have pieces of bone removed and infected bone scraped out and irrigated and be on 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. And start all over being non weight bearing. And now here it is almost a year later and still no ramp or paved drive but the driveways across from us are paved of course.
Apr 11, 2025 · Jessica WilliamsMy husband stayed here for work for a few months in his camper. Myself and our kiddos would stay with him once a week- quiet neighborhood. It does feel a little messy and run down but the shade is great and it served its purpose well. Kiddos were able to play outside safely and the shade was great. It does feel like it’s in a great location, close to everything with a country feel. We will be back!
Mar 22, 2024 · Chelsey WilliamsI stayed at this place for almost two years. Great place good neighbors. A little loud with the highway being right next to you, but that’s to be expected. Management was always friendly and helpful anytime it was needed. I had also left my camper there for a few months and nobody tried to break in or anything so all in all I give it a five star rating. Thanks country squire.
