  • Community Management: The park has a management team responsible for overseeing the community's operations. This typically includes enforcing community rules, handling lot rent collections, and addressing maintenance concerns related to common areas. While some resident reviews indicate a strict approach to rules and potential communication challenges with management, their role is to ensure the overall functioning of the community.
  • Utility Hookups: Standard for mobile home parks, each lot is expected to have hookups for essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are generally responsible for their individual utility service connections and monthly consumption.

Jane is very particular and judgmental when it comes to who is acceptable at “her courts”. I have not met her and only exchanged one phone call. I cannot believe people are still this way in 2025.

"First of all I don't appreciate a phone call at 11:00 at night. Second of all we are not an RV park we are a mobile home court." This was the response I received regarding availability. Simply could have ignored my voice-mail until the morning, drank her coffee then given a more reasonable answer than this. If this is the business manager or owner than I will take my business elsewhere.
