Rockville Lake is the only place my family and I will camp at. We've tried other camping spots but none of them are as wonderful as Rockville! The people here are always so happy and pleasant, they keep things as clean as they can, the swimming area is spacious and they have a pier that is super fun to jump off of! My family and I always see so much wild life when we come here, it's always so exciting for our kids. They also have many fishing areas and boat rentals so you can fish on the lake. They don't have a little general store inside the park like other camping areas do, but there are stores conveniently located just outside the park, only about 4-6 minutes away. We are definitely loyal to Rockville lake for a reason! It's a GREAT place to camp, and so beautiful!! I have a few photos, but I always have so much fun that I forget to take them!
Jul 27, 2020 · Anna FrenchBig beautiful lake and tons of places to go camping at. It has a small beach which would be awesome in the summer time. It has a big disc golf course that spans into the woods. However the nature trails aren't very big so I wouldn't go there just to hike. Great place to go fishing. It has a big dock you can walk out on also.
Apr 24, 2018 · Marty McMannWifes 1st time camping. These campgrounds are well maintained. Shower, toilets, water, electric. Very cozy and quiet. The dogs first time camping too. It was terrific!
Aug 08, 2020 · Stick UltraAwesome campground! Very clean, nice staff and lots of fun activities like frisbee golf! It's a bargain too at about $30 for a full hookup site! Take the family and get some fresh air!
May 10, 2022 · David MuseCamped here this past Sunday-Tuesday. Was supposed to stay another night but came home early due to how loud it was every morning early in the morning from what appeared to be workers. We were tent camping in modern and they were zipping in and out starting at 6 am in their trucks, golf carts, and even what sounded like an excavator from the section over. I was extremely disappointed bc I was looking forward to just being in nature and was hoping by going through the week it wldnt be busy, which it wasn’t. My daughter and her baby was with me and sleeping was difficult. Enjoy the cleanliness of the park. It appears to be family oriented with the parks but wish the staff was my respectful.
