This mobile home park is so amazing!! The people hear are the best. It’s a very safe place to live and a high class park. Rent every month is a good price and the mobile homes are so beautiful! Go check this out today it’s amazing! The office manager, Natasha is so cool and amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great small community more retirement type of community, but that adds to the calmness and quietness of the neighborhood. Also much bigger than you would expect. And very nice different sizes untied to choose from and add ons available.

Nice mobile home community, I've visited several times. Everyone has nice porches with nice landscapes. Seems like there were kids this time. I thought it was a retirement community. I guess it's changed

Very quiet place. Have some relatives that live there. Seems to be a really nice community. The rules aren't too strict but they kind of ensure Mellow people are going to be living there. Big dogs aren't allowed. Only small ones.

It is a well kept, and safe community, but the speed limit is painfully slow. Also, the owner of the neighborhood is extremely strict. We received an eviction notice because there were weeds in the yard, even though it had been raining for the past week.
