Customer Reviews
Site 10 has no shade on the trailer, but does have a covered picnic table. There are steps with no handrail to it. Great view of the lake! Loop has few sites, so it was quiet & peaceful. Nice restrooms with individual shower rooms.
We stayed at Site 21 which was a lakefront pullthrough. Beautiful sunset views. The restrooms are a little dated but clean with hot water.
Beautiful spacious waterfront sites with nice views great core of engineer Campground. The bathrooms are in need of attention and look pretty rough.
I stayed a week here while in town for business. This park is beautiful and CLEAN. I tent camp and have to use the facilities. The restrooms and showers were VERY clean and HOT WATER. deer were everywhere and the views beautiful
Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Organization I purchased a day pass for me and my family to go fishing, but after getting everything set up, a volunteer informed us that the lake was actually closed and that we shouldn’t have been allowed to buy a pass at all. When I pointed out the many other people at the campsites, he backpedaled and said we could ONLY fish near the boat ramp 🙄😑 The park itself looks nice, but the lack of clear communication and organization made for a frustrating experience. Staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.
