If you own a house and you are trying to help ur kids get into a home here don’t do it don’t waste ur time because my mother in law won’t sell her house they will not let us purchase a home because their policy says if you own a home you have to sell it to be able to help buy it for your kids this place and their people are a joke Tammy give the wrong information and has no clue what she is doing I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYING TO GET INTO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE LIMITED TIME TO FIND A PLACE… what a joke of a place and sun community is a joke

When my son and I were looking for a place to rent we talked to Cobus Green and Holly railroaded us into a mobile home so damaged by previous tenants that they had to clean it with hazmat suits on. We weren’t allowed to see it before signing papers because of the damage. Holly wasn’t upfront about why it was taking so long for us to see it and she insisted that it was perfect for us and told us that if she didn’t already have her own place that she would have taken it. She said she was saving it for us and we had to sign the papers to reserve it or we would lose it. I was trusting her until I found out it was infested with roaches and needed some repairs. They didn’t finish everything before we moved in and it still had roaches. I went to the office several times to report something needing fixed and once she actually told me they couldn’t keep writing up work orders! When they did the annual inspection they listed things for us to fix that I told them about when we moved in. I’ll never live there again and I don’t recommend Cobus Green

I have lived here for over 3 years now. The office staff is amazing. They go above and beyond everyday to make everyone happy. The maintenence team is extremely friendly and well dressed. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They’re money hungry. They’ll charge you for everything they can find. They say they clean before you move in, but they don’t. They’ll even charge you for your yard if it’s “not right” but the neighbor down the block can have junk everywhere and be fine. Do not buy or rent from here if you care about your money!!! If you need to talk to someone prepare not to hear anything back for weeks. And if you go into the office, the person they’ll tell you, you need to talk to is never there. Oh and they can’t tell the difference between dog poop and dried dirt after the rain. So you’ll be charged for that as well. And this isn’t a spontaneous review. Ive been here awhile. If I can sway one person from living here than I’ll do that. It’s not worth your bank account.

Bad service when it comes to fixing their Plumbing problem for the park. They've been out four times and I've only been here 6 months and I'm extremely tired of dealing with the mess of every time it backs up they need to redo the line now
