New owner refuses to pay for frozen pipe repairs before the meter that he is responsible to pay for amounting to $1397.40 from December 2019. New owner also refuses to pay for repairs caused by electrical problems before the meter which is his responsibility amounting to $1622.26 from February 2021. These are both the responsibility of ownership according to his rental agreement, I was his former manager and I have a copy of the contract.
Not a presentable community. Not well kept. Dirty. Houses are not maintained .
