When I first moved in here it was a good place, friendly staff, they had events for the community to get to know each other. The lot rent was the cheapest around. There were a lot of small kids the age of my daughter 10 years ago. The rent has raised every year! And if it's going for improvements they haven't made any improvements in my area. Of course they are adding on. The pool is never open on memorial Day weekend. One year it was hardly open at all because it needed fixing. The management make sure you're following the rules, if your grass isn't mowed under 3 inches come Monday they're going to charge you and do it themselves, $75. I don't know what's going on with them this year but they can't even keep their own grass mowed. Had a passion flower vine on the back of my house and was told I had to remove it by a certain date because they didn't like how it looked. It was growing up the side of my house and onto the roof, that I own. If you put up a blow up pool for your kids they will always be in freezing cold water because you are not allowed to keep it up overnight. It must be taken down by the end of the day. I always ended up putting the pool on my back porch so then they couldn't say anything cuz it wasn't in the grass. They'll make sure to tell you when to take your holiday decorations down also! The speed limit in the park is 15 mph but they really don't enforce it. People go zooming down the main road in the back of the park. I do have some good neighbors that have become friends and family! But I really need to find someplace else to live. I'm not sure how people can afford to live here on a fixed income. Some of them might already own their own trailer so they are only paying lot rent. For the most part the place hasn't been all bad, but if you do something they don't like you will definitely know about it.
They raise the lot rent every year without doing anything more to make sense of raising the lot rent. They are bad at plowing the snow and just push it back into your driveway after you have cleared it. The office staff use to be credibly and helpful and now it takes days of calls and emails to get any kind of answer from them. Drastically changed since we moved here 10 years ago.
I have lived here since April of 1997. In that time the current mgt team is the best of all. The grounds updates and overall esthetics are really nice. A great place to live.
Our toilet in master bath was leaking. Called office, they sent a maintenance man right away and got a new toilet. We have lived here since Oct. 2021 and have had no complaints. Very nice park.
Just super high lot rent.. I own, and my lot rent exceeds my house payment. People are struggling with today's economy and every year it's raised. Management is wonderful. I have been here 10 years. Very little issues here.
