Friendly and family owned nice place
Great landlord was about to move and Linden offered us either lower rent new trailer or a new stove and chose the stove. Not a bad place. I felt like I was rushed to move and sign a lease. My wife's job would been an hour away. It is quiet there no one bothers you. We keep to ourselves. Overall great decent place to live.
Expensive for what you get. Floor is spongy in several places only one has been fixed so far. Fridge has water dripping inside due to a bad seal it's going on 3 months of waiting for replacement. It is a quiet place though.
Very quiet, clean, and well kept. Management is super friendly, pets are allowed for and additional $5 a week (much much cheaper than most places of $50-$100 per month).
Take your money elsewhere. They tell you a day to come look at a place and then change it. I live 3 hours away and they decide to change plans and not tell me. Apparently someone with deposit and 2 months rent in cash isn’t good enough for their business. If you have any sense take your money elsewhere.
