We purchased our home about 6 months ago and we have been very happy here at Wyngate. George was extremely helpful with the whole process while purchasing our home. The manager Rosie had mentioned possibly doing events this year, and when we attended the picnic in July we had a great time meeting some of our neighbors!

Would give zero stars if I could. Unethical business practices. They nickle and dime you any chance they get. Make it impossible for you to sell your home, except with them. SCAMMERS!!!

UPDATE: this review originally was live 7–11 But had to be removed due to threats from the owner and management. It turns out current tenants are not allowed to leave negative reviews due to the “conduct “section of our lease that was never told save yourself, the tears, the regrets and the money. The HOA in this park is the cruelest mixture of inexperience and predatory moneygrubbing. I could go on and on about how much I hate the HOA from the two years I live here, but you could insert any classic Reddit story. But I will tell you that we're in the middle of trying to escape finally and that they have been trying now for four weeks to pressure us into abandoning the property so they can just take it and resell it. We own our house and they have walked in it and taken measurements while we're home and do not treat their tenants with any sort of respect or honesty.
