Lived here for for the last 5 years and can can't complain.. or trailer is very nice, the maintenance men are excellent Chad and tommy.. Morris is a wonderful landlord..
We purchased a home here a little over a year ago. We recently sold our trailer. Through both purchasing and selling the management at this park was top notch. They gave us a refund when we over paid lot rent and everything. They went above and beyond helping us while we were selling our trailer. They approved our buyer same day and the process was seamless. As for the park…. It’s a very quiet safe place to live! They plow the roads in the winter without trapping you in your driveway, they’re constantly filling potholes and landscaping. I truly can’t point out a single thing about this park that wasn’t great. Anything we ever went to them with they took care of immediately. We loved our time at the ravines it was an excellent bridge for our family on our way to home ownership. Thank you Morris and thank you to the rest of your team for being great and making us feel safe and welcome!
Lived here for almost 3 years. The first six months were the roughest. The manager is a good guy that will take care of you as long as you communicate with him. Ravine has it's ups and downs as any neighborhood does. Most of the residents there are good people who look out for one another. My kids like the park located inside the estates and Washington park is about a mile away. Less than 15 minutes from the beach. Overall it is a good place to live in my opinion just not forever. 4/5 stars would recommend.
