Check-in was fantastic. I called ahead, and she had a map, instructions, etc. taped to the door when I arrived. The maintenance guy came over and introduced himself, then brought a fire ring and picnic table to my site. It's very quiet, with minor traffic noise. It's very pretty. The amenities & services are great, with nice hookups and clean bathrooms.

Great stay and prices! Shaded and level sites with plenty of room. Very clean bathrooms and showers, outside sinks/washing station for tent campers. Dog stations throughout the park. Train rides on weekends, historical sites with pics and info everywhere. Super unique place, highly recommend. We had an awesome time.

Eden’s campground changed their name to Siesta Campground in Spring of 2024. The owner Dave is friendly and on top of things. They used to be together with the RV park but now they are separate businesses. We stayed in a Cabin and it was clean but a bit outdated. It has A/C, microwave, mini fridge, and ceiling fan. There is a full size bed and twin and they are really uncomfortable. The bathrooms are clean and you need a code to get in. Overall we had a good time but I don’t think we would come back because the area outside the campground is not safe! At night all we heard was gunshots, police sirens, cars drag racing, and people playing loud music. If you have kids this is not the campground for you.

We enjoyed our stay here for a weekend. David, the campground host, was extremely helpful and accommodated our requests effortlessly. The grounds were well kept and maintained. I especially enjoyed there being a very clean bath house. We hiked at a nearby state park just down the road.

I stayed 4-nights on the tent/cabin side of the campground and it was a great experience! The bathroom was huge and clean...very clean. The front desk people were nice. And most of all, the site manager, Steve, was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to this campground. You can drive to Jean-Klock beach in 5 minutes. The purpose of my trip was to have a nice place to stay at night and be close to the beach for spending my time during the day. Lastly. Benton Harbor is a bit dumpy. I get that. But this campground is carved into a spot that is surrounded by woods, nature, and genuinely good people.
