As you drive into the park you kind of think you're not in a good place. But in reality it's a good spot it's really located well and the people some of them have been here for a very long time and their old RVs. There is no riffraff around the park everybody stays to themselves. Although I had a tree fall on my truck and RV during hurricane Helene. Had a few people around me check to see if I was okay. Ask if they could help . If you had everything up the good and the bad this is a pretty good place to stay if you're in Savannah for the price. Price price price!

My husband and I lived here for two and half years while my husband worked at Gulfstream. Our two years were great. Then a couple moved in and turned our little community upside down. She was a gossip and made life here very uncomfortable. So if you move in here stay to yourselves and deal with management only to pay your rent and give nothing of your private life or it will be like that game telephone we played in school by the time it gets back to you it is nothing like was said. Just a heads up. And to Lee, we were good renters. I called your manager to see if we had had any mail sent there that we needed to have redirected to our new address and was told by her husband that she did not want talk to me. And he called me some names. And said I was saying bad things about them and THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! But I will speak up now. Because of her and her husband I could not wait to move out of your park.
