Conclusion: Why This Place is Suitable for Locals

For residents of Georgia, particularly those seeking mobile home living in the Savannah area, Savannah Pines Mobile Home Park presents an option for housing. Its location in Garden City offers geographical advantages, providing reasonable access to the employment opportunities and urban conveniences of Savannah while potentially offering a more affordable housing solution compared to traditional rentals in the city center. The presence of on-site amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and planned playground indicates an effort to create a community with recreational options, which can be appealing for families and individuals looking for more than just a lot. The pet-friendly policy is also a significant benefit for local pet owners.

However, it is crucial for Georgia locals to carefully consider the explicit concerns raised in the provided customer reviews. Repeated "constant water outages without notice" for "days" are serious issues that directly impact habitability and quality of life. Accusations of rude office staff, security concerns due to the park not being fenced, and the pool being "dirty" and "not even open" despite being listed as an amenity, contradict the park's described features and can significantly detract from a positive living experience. These are critical factors that potential residents, especially those with children, must weigh.

Therefore, while Savannah Pines Mobile Home Park has the potential to offer an affordable and conveniently located housing option with some amenities, locals are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include direct inquiries about water supply reliability and frequency of outages, personally inspecting the condition of the pool and other amenities, assessing the overall security measures, and engaging directly with management to understand their approach to tenant concerns and maintenance. Speaking with current residents, if possible, could also provide valuable insights. For any Georgian considering a long-term commitment, ensuring that the living environment is safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed is paramount for a suitable home.

03/17/2023, the water in the started to smell like sewer water. 03/24/2023 at 6:30 we no longer have water. In the past we have been with out water for a total of 4 days. They don't work on weekends and they do not provide a number that we can be able to call in cases like these. We received a letter on our door stating that "Excessive water consumption is a major cause of the wastewater treatment plant malfunction and causing water to be shut off to the entire community." That later was posted 03/23/2023 and now we do not have water. It only took 24h for the equipment to malfunction after they posted the letter. We need a permanent fixs, not temporarily fixed.

As someone who has lived in this park for over 6 years I've seen many different people come and go. As it stands today July 31st 2019 I'm quite happy here. The trailers aren't perfect but it's a trailer park what do you expect? If you're a racisit just don't bother. Our little park is mostly Hispanic and I wouldn't ever change that. These people have been the best people I've ever lived by. Always friendly always welcoming. Some down falls about the park can be late night parties but if you just go ask them to turn it down they will without a problem. The pool is never cleaned for use. The park and basketball court area often have children playing in them. There are a lot of stray cats but they are harmless and sweet. It's not always the cleanest but again, it's a trailer park. When storms get too bad we often lose power and then water but the longest it's taken to get back on is 24 hours. There can be speeding but it's mostly stopped by the TON of speed bumps you have to go over. All in all its not a bad trailer park. We feel safe enough here to leave our doors unlocked most days. Also the area is pet friendly as long as you walk your pet on a leash.

The lady that works at the office is really rude it kinda feels like she is racist when I interact with her. I can’t even go outside and play because she will start taking pictures of us and telling us to leave and go inside I don’t know what her problem with me and my family is but we have never done anything bad to her she is just rude for no reason. Also when if you try to pick up a package from the front office she will make you wait outside even if it is raining and when she comes out with your package she gives you this mean look. She’s needs to be fired and the owner needs to get someone new that doesn’t cause problems with anyone. This has been going on for a while now I hope the owner somehow sees this and fires her and finds someone new.
