I've lived here sonce 2004 and Love it. My neighbors are great and quiet. New management took over April 2024. Raised rent 30.00 in two months. 4 months later Raised it Again this time 35.00. 65.00 RENT INCREASE in just 6 months!
Better than the rest, and improving all the time. It just keeps getting better. Friendly and helpful landlord and management, clean, well kept and nice community. Bad reviewers obviously don't want a well managed park. Their loss.
We have been in this community for about 10 years now and have zero complaints. Our neighbors are quiet and very kind. It is truly the kind of neighborhood where people keep an eye out but aren’t nosy. Most neighbors always have a wave and a smile for you as you drive through. Safe and secure. Management and staff are also very friendly and extremely helpful. Great community

They keep the outside nice for now..but the trailers are crappie..bad electric.soft spots in floor .check it out very cafefully they give a good sales pitch..
